Extreme: Ouch, that was intense! Well, that's what I get for my cheeky behaviour, motto - no problem, as if I'd done it umpteen times before. I had to go through it, although sometimes it was really painful, I was about to cry, just don't show any feelings, then they'll think something of it, no, that's not possible.
