You get access to all uncensored content as soon as you have a customer account at EROTIK.com and have logged in with your e-mail address and password. You can simply add free videos to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. If you only have free videos in your shopping cart, you will not be charged anything. Free remains free!
How can I buy videos?
You can order quickly and easily via our store. Simply add one or more videos to your shopping cart and then go to the checkout. After successful payment you can enjoy the videos immediately. If you pay by bank transfer (prepayment), the videos will only be activated after receipt of payment.
After the purchase you can download the videos or simply stream them online. All videos are stored on EROTIK.com and can be accessed at any time.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
We offer all our customers our 100% money-back guarantee: You can easily return videos purchased from EROTIK.com up to 30 days after purchase. Simply send an e-mail to our support team stating the reason for your return. You will receive a full refund in the form of a voucher. This guarantee does NOT apply to our Amateur Clips.

You can find your purchased video downloads in your film library at EROTIK.com.
When will my movies be activated?
If you pay by PayPal, Paysafecard, Sofort, credit card or direct debit, you will receive access to your movies & scenes immediately after placing your order. If you have chosen the payment method "bank transfer (prepayment)", the activation will take place as soon as the amount arrives on our account.
What subject will appear on my credit card statement / bank statement?
If you order by credit card, the neutral term askorder.com will appear on your statement. Direct debit payments are debited from your account with the discreet subject "Online order + order number". All direct debits therefore have a completely neutral purpose and thus protect your privacy.
What do I need to play the video streams?
The video streams are simply played via your browser and are compatible with all current browsers (e.g. Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, ...). The installation of additional software is not necessary.
How can I play videos on my SmartTV?
Using a receiver such as ChromeCast or AppleTV, you can select the "Stream" option in the browser and transfer the player to your TV set. You can also download the films and play them on your TV via USB stick, media center or HDMI. In addition, our website is optimized for Smart TVs so that you can easily log in to your Smart TV with your cell phone and a QR code.

DVDs can be ordered via our DVD store DVDEROTIK.com. Shipping is free for orders over 69€! All orders are delivered in completely neutral boxes that give no indication of the contents or sender.
