How can I watch preview videos and free videos?

You will get access to all uncensored content as soon as you have a customer account at and have logged in with your e-mail address and password. You can simply add free videos to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. If you have only free videos in your shopping cart, there will be no costs. Free remains free!

How can I buy videos?

You can order quickly and easily through our store system. Just put one or more videos in your shopping cart and go to the checkout. After successful payment you can enjoy the videos immediately. If you pay by bank transfer (prepayment), the videos will be unlocked only after receipt of payment.

After the purchase you can download the videos or simply stream them online. All videos remain stored for you on and can be accessed at any time.

How does the money back guarantee work?

We offer all our customers our 100% money back guarantee: up to 30 days after purchase, you can easily return videos purchased at To do so, simply send an email to our support team stating the reason. Upon request, you will either receive a voucher or we will refund the amount to your account.

Where can I find my purchased videos?

In the meantime you can find your purchased video downloads at There you can log in with your customer account and still find your movies under the menu item "My movies".

When will my movies be unlocked?

The movies will be unlocked immediately after payment has been received. If you have chosen the payment method "bank transfer (prepayment)", the movies will be unlocked as soon as the amount is credited to our account.

Which subject appears on my credit card statement / bank statement

When ordering by credit card, the neutral term will appear on your statement. Direct debit payments are debited from your account with the discreet subject "Online order + order number". All debits will therefore have a completely neutral reference, thus protecting your privacy.

What do I need to play the video streams?

The video streams are simply played via your browser and are compatible with all current browsers (e.g. Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Internet Explorer, ...). The installation of additional software is not necessary. The player is based on JavaScript - in case of problems you should make sure that Javascript is enabled in the browser.

How can I play videos on my SmartTV?

Using a receiver like ChromeCast or AppleTV, you can select the "Stream" option in the browser and transfer the player to your TV. You can also download the movies and play them on your TV via USB stick, Mediacenter or via HDMI.

How secure is my data?

Confidentiality and security of your data are very important to us. That's why we only use your data for internal purposes. Under no circumstances will your data be given or sold to third parties - ever!

To protect the security of your information during transactions, we use Secure Sockets Layer software (SSL). This software encrypts the information that is transmitted by you. All data is also stored on our own and specially-secured servers.

How can I delete my account?

We will be happy to delete your account at your request in an uncomplicated and unbureaucratic manner. Please use our contact form, send us an email or call us on our free support hotline: 0800 383 74 67. Please note that once the account has been deleted, it cannot be recovered. Download purchases made up to the time of deletion will then no longer be retrievable.

How can I order DVDs by mail?

DVDs can be ordered through our DVD Shop Shipping is free for orders over 69€ (within Germany)! All orders are shipped in completely neutral boxes that give no clues about the content or sender.
