You can simply add free videos to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. If you only have free videos in your shopping cart, there are no costs involved. Free remains free!
How can I buy videos?
You can order quickly and easily via our shop. Simply add one or more videos to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. After successful payment, you can enjoy the videos immediately. When paying by bank transfer (payment in advance), the films will only be unlocked after payment has been received.
After purchasing, you can download the videos or simply stream them online.
All videos remain saved for you on EROTIK.com and are accessible at any time.

You can find your purchased video downloads in your movie library under My Movies.
How can I delete my customer account?
You can delete your customer account yourself at any time. To do this, log in and click the "Delete customer account" button in your account. For security reasons, we will then send you an e-mail in which you must confirm the deletion request.
After your confirmation, a 7-day cooling-off period begins. If you log in again within these 7 days, the deletion will automatically be cancelled. If you do not log in, your account will be irrevocably deleted after the 7 days have expired. Important: Upon final deletion, all your previous purchases, your shopping cart, and your favorites will also be permanently lost.
