What do I need to play the video streams?
The video streams are played directly via your browser and are compatible with all current browsers.
Where can I find the full-screen mode?
You can find the full-screen mode directly in the player in the bottom right-hand corner. Press the ESC key to return to the regular player.
A certain movie won't play - what can I do?
In exceptional cases, individual films or studios may no longer be available for licensing reasons. If you discover a film that cannot be played, please contact our e-mail stating the film title or the film ID.
Can I also use the video streams on my SmartTV?
Using a receiver such as ChromeCast or AppleTV, you can select the "Stream" option in the browser and transfer the player to your TV set.
What encryption method is used to protect my data?
Your personal data is stored on a specially secured and encrypted server. The login takes place via a script that uses the latest SSL encryption method, so that the entire website is encrypted using a 128-bit key before it is transmitted over the Internet. You can also recognize this by the green lock icon, which you will find in the address bar directly to the left of our Internet address.
