5. Complaints Concerning Illegal or Non-Consensual Content

a) Take such steps as we consider appropriate to assess and, where appropriate, resolve your complaint within five (5) business days, taking into account the nature and urgency of the complaint.

c) In good faith review and investigate the complaint and then take one or more of the following actions:

5.2. Any dispute regarding our decision on complaints of non-consensual Content may, at our discretion, be submitted to a neutral arbitration body or association, with the costs of such submission borne by us, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Complaints Related to Copyright Infringement
6.1. Complaints alleging copyright or related rights infringement must be submitted in accordance with our DMCA / Copyright Policy (or equivalent copyright notice and takedown policy), which forms part of our legal framework.
6.2. We will respond to copyright-related complaints in the manner and within the timeframes described in that policy.
7. Other Complaints (Including Breaches of Terms & Conditions)
7.1. For all other complaints, including (but not limited to) alleged breaches of our Terms & Conditions, we will:
a) Take such steps as we consider appropriate to investigate the complaint within a timeframe that is reasonable having regard to the nature and complexity of the issue.
b) Contact you if we require any further information or documentation.
c) In good faith take such action as we consider appropriate to address the issue raised by your complaint. If your complaint relates to Content and we determine that such Content breaches our Terms & Conditions or any other applicable policy, we will act promptly to remove or restrict access to the Content and/or take further action against the responsible User where appropriate.
7.2. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, we are not obliged to inform you of the specific outcome of our internal review into complaints covered by this section.
8. Unjustified or Abusive Complaints
8.1. If you are a User of Erotik.com, you warrant and represent that you will not submit complaints that are:
- wholly unfounded or clearly without basis;
- abusive, harassing, or vexatious; or
- made in bad faith or with malicious intent.
8.2. If we reasonably determine that you have breached the above warranty, we reserve the right, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us, to suspend or terminate your User account and/or take any other appropriate action permitted under our Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
