SHOCK! How should I have reacted?

I was walking alone and my dress kept riding up, luckily no one was there to see it. I thought... A strange man was following me the whole time and secretly filmed everything I did! Didn't see him until a few minutes later. I was so shocked I didn't really know what to say. Would you also have been so bold or would you have joined in straight away????
