Payment Methods in Our Online Store
Direct Debit
With this payment method, we debit the invoice amount directly from your bank account. All you need to do is provide your bank details (IBAN and BIC) and grant us a direct debit authorization. The amount will be debited immediately after you complete your order.
Prepayment
When paying in advance, you transfer the invoice amount to our bank account. As soon as we receive your payment, your purchase will be finalized. Please note that bank transfers may take 1–3 business days, depending on the bank.
PayPal
With PayPal, you can pay quickly and securely online. During the checkout process, you’ll be redirected to PayPal, where you’ll log in with your credentials and confirm the payment. Since the payment is processed in real time, you’ll have immediate access to the movies/scenes you’ve purchased. We partner with our service provider, Segpay.
Credit Card
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Simply enter your credit card information during the checkout process. Your credit card will be charged immediately. Your data is transmitted securely and is not stored.
DPMax
With DPMax, you can pay directly from your bank account in real time. After selecting this payment method, you will be redirected to the DPMax payment portal, where you can securely complete the payment process.
Paysafecard
With Paysafecard, you can pay anonymously and securely using a prepaid card. You can purchase Paysafecard credit at many retail locations (gas stations, supermarkets, newsstands). Simply enter the 16-digit PIN code during the checkout process.
Google Pay
With Google Pay, you can pay quickly, conveniently, and securely. Simply select Google Pay as your payment method during the checkout process and confirm the payment through your Google account. You won’t need to re-enter your saved payment information.
Apple Pay
With Apple Pay, you can pay for your order quickly, conveniently, and securely. During the checkout process, simply select Apple Pay as your payment method and confirm the payment on your Apple device. You won’t need to re-enter your saved payment information. An Apple product is required for this.
EPS (for Austrian customers only)
EPS is an online payment method directly linked to the online banking systems of Austrian banks. This payment method is therefore available exclusively to customers with a bank account at a participating Austrian bank.
Select EPS as your payment method during the checkout process, then choose your bank from the list. You will then be redirected to your bank’s online banking portal, where you can log in with your usual credentials and confirm the payment. The payment is processed in real time, so your order can be completed immediately.
