Sleeping nude is healthy

Good morning dear ones, this is how I like to wake up in the morning. I'm stark naked and still cuddling with my blanket. Do you sleep nude or rather in sleepwear? But outside I can already see the sun. And when the sun is shining brightly, it's much easier to get up, isn't it? Don't you? So get out of bed.
