CRAZINESS! GREAT employee motivation on construction!

Things are just not progressing on the construction site, hmm, what could be the reason? I think the motivation is just down and I have to motivate the foreman somehow! Then I had a great idea ;) Off to my pink bikini, high heels and I'll present him something great! It's much better than always these jerk off pictures during the break, or how do you see it?
