When the drain in my kitchen was blocked, I called the janitorial service. When the nice man knocked on my door a short time later, I opened the door to him dressed only in a towel. He went straight to the trouble-shooting and when he turned to me, I was standing naked in front of him and asked him to please lay a pipe in my house first. I really have to say that this janitorial service really scores points for its emphasis on customer satisfaction. I can only recommend it.
