Hosing aid in hospital - sperm fountain

Oh, that was a great hospital visit, I tell you. Nobody likes to spend a long time in hospital and men in particular can accumulate a lot of sperm. A friend of mine felt the same way. During a short visit to the hospital, we somehow came across the subject of semen retention. Of course, the poor man, wanking is no fun in such a dreary environment. He said he was almost bursting. Well, what are we going to do? I wondered if I might know a remedy, even though the nurses could come in at any time. So it was risky but really cool again, or what do you think?
