Finally 18. Happy birthday, dear stepson

Today is his big day... My little stepson is finally turning 18. I got a couple of beautiful balloons and surprised him with them. However, he is not at all thrilled about it, as he had completely different ideas. When he tells me about them, I really have to swallow. I would never have expected him to be so depraved at the tender age of 18. Well... see for yourself with what special birthday present I was able to make him happy after all.
