A 911 dispatcher, Karlee Grey, arrives home after a long work shift. She then gets a surprise visit from an unfamiliar woman, Avery Black, who is holding a bouquet of flowers. Sarah Arabic's friend, Arabelle Raphael, has just become a bicycle courier, so Sarah decides to be supportive by being Arabelle's first client.
