Mr Nice works for a secret agency that caters to wealthy women seeking discreet appointments as part of a unique service known as Special Sex Therapy (SST). The agency is run by the enigmatic Little Caprice, who keeps an eye on Mr Nice during his sessions with the clients using surveillance cameras. As she watches him, she is intrigued and realises that she needs to experience his services for herself. But this must remain a closely guarded secret, as it would cause a stir if Mr Nice's boss were to undergo therapy herself.
